1. Select your preferred ticket and then click “Add to cart”
2. Proceed to click “View Cart” on the right side of your screen to the quantity of the tickets.
3. Once you have confirmed your ticket quantity, click “Proceed to Checkout”
4. Kindly fill in the following details: Name, Address , Town/City , State/County ,Postcode/Zip, Email , Phone.
5. Lastly, Click ” Place Order ” to complete your reservation.
6. There will be bank information provided upon check out. You are advised to complete your payment within 3 days after you have booked the tickets. Your booking will be canceled if you failed to meet the requirements.
*The organizer reserve the rights to select the best seat for customer based on 1st come 1st serve basis only after the payment has been completed.
7. After you have transferred the money, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the following details.
scan or take a photo for your bank transaction paper
include your booking reference number and your name on the payment slip.
8. Once your order has confirmed , your order status will become Complete , and you will be receiving an email from us. We will email you the “PDF Invitation” , or you can check you order status in “My Account” at the right side of menu , you can find your “PDF Invitation” in it.
9. Please print this PDF Invitation and also bring your transaction paper to concert hall for your ticket exchange and CD exchange for VVIP or VIP tickets only.
